Solid mainstream-ish sex fantasy collection

Solid anthology - if you don't mind plot-lite/mood-pervasive stories. Five pieces in this eighteen-story collection are excellent; the remainder, with the exception of one, are worthwhile in a generic sex fantasy way.
The story I didn't like, Regina Kammer's "An Age Play," starts out great, but the female protagonist's selfish opportunistic betrayal of her husband's reluctant goodwill and weakness proved to be a mood- and story-killer for me. Too bad, because it was an otherwise standout story.
This anthology is worth picking up for a discount price, if you're entertained by (mostly) middle-of-the-road sex writing.
Standout stories:
1.) "Underpants" - K.D. Grace: Fun, sexually creative work, with a nice twist in the mix.
2.) "The Hotel" - Anika Ray: A couple's role play gets imbued with darker implications - is it part of their game, or is it something more?
3.) "New Day, New Life" - Andrea Dale: In Prague, a post-cancer woman and her husband indulge in one of her unrealized fantasies. Strong blend of plot and emotional content.
4.) "Jenna's Gambit" - Jeremy Edwards: Short offbeat tale about a couple engaging in voyeurism and water sports - without the usual, inherent ick factor.
5.) "The Female Gaze" - Rachel Kramer Bussel: A threesome results in life-changing realizations for a couple.

Kayar Silkenvoice is a True Talent

I am a huge fan of Kayar Silkenvoice. I just finished "Internet Cafe Au Lay" and as usual her ability to paint vivid colorful pictures with words is un-matched. Her attention to detail as well as her skill in weaving sexy humor into the mix, made this a very enjoyable story to read. If I was "Kurt" there is no way I could have held out as long as he did. I know what Kayar looks like and she is as beautiful as she is gifted. What a powerful combination. I highly recommend this story as well as everything else she does. Buy some stock in Ms. Silkenvoice, it is going to be very valuable some day.

A Great Collection for Couples!

As someone who has been in a long term relationship for many years, I'm always looking for ways my partner and I can spice things up. I have been reading Violet Blue's amazing anthologies for years and this one, Sweet Confessions, has been an great addition to our collection. These sexy, steamy stories are perfect to read with your lover to get things heated up or bring some new ideas to the bedroom. You can read them by yourself, but speaking from experience, they are much more fun to share!
With authors like Jeremy Edwards, Kay Jaybee, Heidi Champa and Rachel Kramer Bussel, there will be something for every couple to enjoy in this book. Check it out, you won't be sorry. Thank you Violet, from one very happy couple!
