David Mankin is Senior Lecturer in HRM at University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. Prior to this he was a Senior Lecturer in HRM at Oxford Brookes University. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Great for HRD professionals.

This is a very resourceful book for the understanding of HRD. HRD is so broad and Mankin uses so much research to back the ideas in this book. There are a lot of references to use and its very interesting to see all that into one book. Great for HRD professionals.
